Shipping policy
PRICING
All pricing worldwide is in USD. Orders are subject to Sales tax calculated by the shipping address according to local tax policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice. We use IP Address based Geo-Location to show location-based pricing and charges. This affects currency selection and taxes. Transactions not completed naturally, either by design or by mistake, We reserve the right to cancel the order or charge the excess due to the result of the scenario.
ORDERING
We currently support orders domestically. International orders are coming soon.
SHIPPING
- Your order will be dispatched within two business days.
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Non-contiguous states are shipped via USPS priority ONLY for better safety and tracking ability.
- Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with USPS. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
- Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can no alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
- If the product was marked with 'pre-order' your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.
- If your address is not deliverable by USPS, please contact us before you place your order.
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
- Handling Time: The estimated time between when the buyer places the order until you hand the order over to a delivery service.
- Transit Time (also known as Shipping Time): The time elapsed between when you hand the order over to the carrier until the delivery of the order.
U.S. DELIVERY COST AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We process and ship Monday to Friday. All U.S. orders with Priority Mail placed before 11 am (PST)will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched in 1 business day.

- Unless stated otherwise, free shipping offers apply to Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States only (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). Standard packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class with tracking.
- For Priority Mail, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 a.m. PT to be shipped the same day. Packages will be delivered Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. PT on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTY
Customers are responsible for customs / duty charges if applicable.
TRACKING
You will receive tracking information from the shipping provider. All tracking inquiries and estimated delivery times must go through the relevant freight provider for your country. We will not be able to track items on behalf of customers.
