Q: What shipping method is Free Shipping?

A: Free Shipping is shipped via USPS First Class (5-7 Business Days).

Q: What shipping method is Expedited Shipping?

A: Expedited Shipping is shipped via USPS Priority (2-3 Days).

 

Q: How many days do I have to return an order?

A: 30 Days.

 

Q: When will I get my refund after I return the order?

A: It takes 1-2 business day for us to inspect the return items after it's delivered to our P.O Box. If the time is a good condition, It will take another 1-2 days for us to process the refund request. It will take a few business days up to 10 business days to process the fund back to your account depending on your payment method. Please check with your financial institute for exact processing time for refund. So the total time may take up to 5 to 10 days after we receive the return item. 

 

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping?

A: Customer is responsible for return shipping if you change your mind on the purchase, so please do double check before placing the order. However, if it is our mistake, we will be responsible for return shipping and also the shipping for the replacement. 

 

Q: Is shipping fee refundable?

A: Unfortunately, no shipping fee is refundable under any circumstances, we thank you for your understanding.

 

Q: If I received a wrong item or wrong size, what should I do?

A: Please contact us via email within 7 days after you receive the item using the contact us form. We will do our best to resolve the situation either full refund or dispatching a replacement base on your decision. 

 

Q: If I received a defective item, what should I do?

A: Before you generate a return request and ship the damaged item back to us, please contact us via email within 7 days after you receive the item and send pictures of the damaged item and shipping box. We will do our best to resolve the situation either full refund or dispatching a replacement base on your decision. 

 

Q: If I don't receive the order, but tracking says delivered, what should I do?

A:  Sometimes USPS fails to update the tracking accurately, the shipment may show up in a day or 2 after it says delivered. Sometimes it was delivered to back gate, side door, porch or even at your neighbor for various reasons. If the shipment was stolen, please file a local police report and we will file a theft report with USPS as well. Please contact us as soon as possible in order to allow us to better assist you. 

 

Q: My order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery date, what should I do?

A: All package are being tracked by USPS, however, sometimes USPS fails to track or sometimes the shipment is delayed for various reasons. Please contact us immediately so that we can contact USPS to track down the status of the shipment. However, we'd like to ask for your patience as it takes 2-3 business days for USPS's reply. In many cases, the shipment will show up 2-3 days after the expected delivery date. 

 

Q: I don't believe any seller should be charging re-stocking fee, why are you charging it? 

A: Re-stocking fee is a measure to keep us in business. In many cases, we will waive it base on the situation as we believe in earning a potential customer is more important than earning a transaction. But we do keep it very transparent that your return may be subject for a 30% re-stocking fee if it doesn't meet our return policy.
